Refund & Cancellation Policy
The short version
First-time subscribers to the candidate practice tool get a 7-day money-back guarantee, as long as no mock interview sessions have been completed. Cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
1. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@usegreenroom.app.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
- We do not provide partial-month or pro-rated refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period, except where required by law or as stated in Section 4.
2. Candidate practice tool — 7-day money-back guarantee
- First-time paid subscribers to the candidate practice tool are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge, provided no mock interview sessions have been completed.
- If you have completed any mock interview session, the guarantee no longer applies and refunds are not available, because the core service has already been delivered.
- The guarantee applies to your first subscription only. Renewals and subsequent billing periods are not eligible.
- To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@usegreenroom.app within 7 days of your first charge from the email address on your account.
3. B2B hiring subscriptions
- B2B subscriptions do not include a money-back period.
- If you would like to evaluate Greenroom before committing, contact support@usegreenroom.app to discuss enterprise evaluation terms.
- Overage charges (per the Terms of Service) reflect usage already delivered and are non-refundable.
4. Account termination by Greenroom
If Greenroom terminates your account for a reason other than your breach of our Terms of Service, we will provide a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees covering the unused portion of your subscription, consistent with Section 11 of the Terms.
5. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or Razorpay depending on your region). We never see or store your card details.
- Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5 business days. The time for funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of the charge. Greenroom is not responsible for any currency-conversion differences or fees applied by your bank.
