About Greenroom

# Built for the part of the interview you *can* actually control.

You cannot control the panel composition, the job market, or whether the company
freezes headcount the week of your final round. But you can control how well you
know your own work — and how clearly you can talk about it under pressure.
That is the problem we are here to solve.

## Why Greenroom exists

The interview process has always tested the wrong thing. Most technical interviews
measure how fast you recall a specific algorithm pattern — not whether you can
architect a real system, debug a production incident, or explain a decision you
made under real constraints.

Developers who build genuinely impressive things still fail interviews because
they freeze when asked to talk about their own code out loud. That is not a skill
gap. It is a preparation gap — and it is completely fixable.

We built Greenroom to close that gap. Not with a question bank you memorize.
